Comments: I was more than pleased with the response. My furnace went out and within 20 minutes of my posting on Home Advisor I had a call back and an appointment scheduled for the same day. Mike explained everything and offered options and I went with a new furnace which he was able to install the next day. Efficient, professional, considerate. I was satisfied with the cost also.
